Depression is a common symptom in depression. The person may also be plagued by apathy and listlessness, it is characterized by despondency and depression and seems to-life with reduced performance. However, emptiness, anxiety and restlessness may be noticeable. Often these symptoms are associated with insomnia, nervous heart complaints, gastrointestinal complaints, anorexia, nonspecific back or muscle pain for which there are no organic causes. Several factors are involved in the development of a depressive mood. This condition can e.g. be triggered when stress and worries at work and family take over. Likewise, mood disturbances may occur during menopause, the cause of the hormonal changes and the associated physical changes, is help.

Mood swings are terrible, if you suffer from them or are on the receiving end.

How do you tell someone that they need to “chill out”?

It is not easy, many channel their problems with anger management – but when it comes to hormonal reasons for mood swings the only thing you can do is seek the advise of a medical professional.

They are there to help do not be afraid.
